We all remember the Drake and Meek Mill beef from last summer. The whole situation was very blown out and ended up with us getting some great tracks like Drake’s “Back to Back” and “Charged Up” and Meek Mill’s “War Pain.” Almost a year later… Is it all really over?
Some sources that are close to all the rappers say that everyone thought that the Meek and Drake drama would cool off when Drake and Ross put their differences aside.
Rick Ross thought that there was too much cash to be made for the back and forth to continue.
According to TMZ, sources close to Meek Mill said, “He’s not willing to follow Rick — his label honcho — down the road to peace because there’s way too much trash talk under the bridge.”
And it was pointed out that a translation of this would be: “‘Back to Back’ is still haunting his a$$.”
